Classical Introduction to Pilates

Pre Pilates Classes

We have designed the Four Pre-Pilates classes with intention and purpose. The goal of these classes is to help you understand the key concepts and fundamentals of Pilates and to learn the introduction order of exercises.  It is a great foundation and sets you up for a successful Pilates practice. 

These four classes last about 30-45 minutes and are not designed to be a cardio workout but to create connection in your body. Pilates is a different from of exercise and  learning  how to use your body in a new way. There is a lot of thinking involved in Pilates and this class will help you connect the thinking with correct body movement. You will leave this class with a better understanding of Pilates and a readiness to join our Beginner mat classes. 

** Please note that you must take Pre Pilates before enrolling in Beginner or Reformer Pilates. **

4- in -1 Pilates Classes

The goal of this class is to help you understand the key concepts and fundamentals of Pilates and to learn the introduction order of exercises.  It is a great foundation and sets you up for a successful Pilates practice. 

This one class lasts about 1 hour to an hour in a half , this class is best suited for women/men who have a good grasp on working out, moving their bodies actively up to 2-3x a week. There is a lot of thinking involved in Pilates and this class will help you connect and think with correct body movement. You will leave this class with a better understanding of Pilates and a readiness to join our Beginner mat classes.
